Hi, I'm Bruce Boeger

Founder and Operator of Leadership Evolution, LLC. I have been immersed in the fascinating world of leadership in business since the day I graduated from Wake Forest University. A subsequent career at Ford Motor Company provided me with the exposure, opportunities, and challenges to develop as a leader.

A second career is now ten-plus years in the making as an executive coach and facilitator of business roundtables. My mission is to help people like you become the best leaders you can possibly be. If we manage the coaching relationship correctly, the winners in the process are you, your family, your company, your employees, and your customers. As this suggests, leaders have a responsibility to represent all their stakeholders in the most enlightened way possible.

The path to becoming an effective leader is a never-ending journey that demands constant re-inventing of oneself. The purpose of Leadership Evolution rests in realizing the journey does not have to be, and should not be, a solo flight. In that connection, I am here to serve others as their confidant, coach, adviser, listener, and accountability check.

Executive Roundtables

The roundtable format provides members with a venue for bringing to our group the opportunities, challenges, and decisions confronting them at work. Our agenda unites our members in discussing these items. As time permits, I present leadership exercises to the group or bring in a guest speaker.

One on One Coaching

In my coaching role, I listen, ask questions, make suggestions, give homework, provide related reading, cheer, encourage, set action triggers, and provide accountability. All these things are my tools to help my client-partners understand where they are and what actions are necessary to get them where they want to be.
